Online Registration Process


Step 1: Visit the official website of the HDFC net banking portal at https://www.hdfcbank.com/assets/popuppages/netbanking.htm.

Step 2: Click the ‘Register’ option available at the bottom of the page.

Step 3: Enter your customer ID and click on the ‘Go’ button.

Step 4: Enter the registered mobile number for the system to generate OTP.

Step 5: Enter the OTP received on your registered mobile number.

Step 6: Enter the details of the relevant debit card.

Step 7: The following screen will allow you to set the IPIN to access internet banking services.


HDFC Bank Net Banking Registration via Phone Banking


Step 1: Dial the HDFC Phone Banking number; the number differs based on the city of your residence.

Step 2: Enter the customer ID + HDFC debit card number + PIN/Telephone Identification Number (TIN).

Step 3: The bank representative will record your registration request and initiate the approval process.

Step 4: You will receive the IPIN through mail to the registered mailing address within 5 working days.

Step 1: Visit the HDFC net banking website and download the registration form.

Step 2: Fill up the form with the requested details, print it and submit the same at the nearest HDFC Bank branch.

Step 3: Upon submission, a request will be registered and IPIN will be mailed to your registered mailing address.

Step 1: Visit the HDFC net banking login page at https://www.hdfcbank.com/assets/popuppages/netbanking.htm.

Step 2: Click on the ‘Continue to Netbanking’ button to view the login page.


Step 3: Enter the customer ID and IPIN to log into your account.


How to Check Account Balance

Step 1: Log in to your HDFC net banking account.

Step 2: Click on the ‘Accounts Summary’ option under the ‘Accounts’ tab.

Step 3: A list of all your accounts will be displayed on the screen.

Step 4: Select the account for which you wish to check the balance.

Step 5: The account balance and other details of the selected account will be displayed.
